Ted Nace

As Ted Nace and his wife, Kathy, have entered the latter years of the sixth decade of life, each of them have found great “strength for the journey” through some of God’s most special gifts – children and grandchildren. For almost 25 years, a hand-painted antique school slate has hung in their upstairs foyer that says: “Three Ways We Know God’s Greatness – Ryan, Joel, Kyle.” Then last Christmas, Ted gave Kathy an engraved music box that reflects on their next phase of life: “Our Grandchildren – Ways we know God’s Greatness: Amanda and Jim, Austin and Conner.” Watching his grandchildren grow and develop, Ted finds incredible strength, refreshment and joy. Ted, Kathy, and their three sons, have been blessed with times with both Dr. and Mrs. Norman Vincent Peale, who were and are models of devotion and dedication in their personal and pastoral lives. He is pleased to host the “Prayerful Living” devotional series. Add the thrill of traveling across the continent to visit with many of Guideposts family as Vice President of Guideposts Foundation, he believes life can’t get much better than this!
