JANE DOUGLASS WHITE, composer, musician, author, was associate
producer of Name That Tune on network television. During World War II, she was a
captain in the Women's Army Corps, serving in the European Theater of
Operations. A bout with cancer caused her to change her priorities and she began
to serve the Lord full-time. She has worked with Norman and Ruth Peale for over
20 years and has also led Christian seminars in state and federal prisons
throughout the nation, working with Prison Fellowship. For the past four years,
she has written the Simple Living messages and now continues with the Prayerful
Living series.
"Having been associated with Jane and knowing something of
the personal spiritual reality which marks her life, I can testify to the effect
she has on people whose lives she touches. Jane is a vibrant, radiant and
victorious person."
Norman Vincent Peale
"Jane White is a truly remarkable woman, chosen by God and
unusually gifted. She is a valuable member of our team, teaching and singing in
prisons, loved by all who come in contact with her. If she doesn't lift your
spirits, they're beyond lifting.
